At Infinite Dreams, we do believe in Fair Play. Everyone should follow accepted rules in order to compete on equal terms.
We do prohibit the use of third party software that may consist of unapproved apps that manipulate gameplay. By altering game functionality, third party software aims to provide unfair advantages. This includes hacks, mods, bots, and other programs that aim to modify or provide unearned progress.
Trying to gain an unfair advantage by using prohibited 3rd party software may result in a ban for any offending account.
To enforce Fair Play rules, we are continually monitoring suspicious accounts and disabling them. Play fair!
How to securely store my game progress?
If the iCloud account is properly configured on your device, then the game progress is automatically stored in the iCloud servers and can be restored at any time.
Your progress will be automatically stored in the cloud after logging into Google Play Games in-game options. How? Tap on the icon in the right upper corner, and choose the tab “CLOUD SAVE” on the list’s bottom.
How to restore or sync my game progress?
Have you reinstalled the game? Changed your device? Are you playing on two devices? It may happen that you need to restore or sync your game progress.
As you play, the game progress is automatically stored in the iCloud (assuming the iCloud account is properly configured). When you reinstall the game and login to the iCloud again, you will be presented with a dialog asking if you’d like to restore your game progress or continue playing with the new one. Please be careful with your selection as this choice is irreversible!

A player ID is a number that is unique to your account – this allows our support team to identify your account.
You can find your ID in the game settings at the bottom of the screen.

We recommend take note of your Player ID in case you lose access to your device or lose your progress.
How do you catch fish?
Fishing is easy. The best way is to find a shool of fish. You will recognize it by the traces of fish in the water. Wait for the fish to appear and cast your rod in front of the outline of the fish. Wait for it to nibble and once the float is submerged press the screen to lure it in.
How to use bait?
You can buy lures in the shop on your island. To use a Fish Bait, select the bait next to your inventory and before casting the line throw it anywhere in the water. This will cause a fish to appear immediately, which will allow you to fish there.
Ultimately, Fish Bait is not an essential item when it comes to catching fish – but it saves you time to search for shoals of fish and waiting time for the fish to show up.
Lures help you catch certain fish.
You get the first bait automatically after catching 10 fish of a given species.
After selecting a specific fish bait, you will increase your chances of catching not only the desired fish, but also the bigger ones.
Each bait can be upgraded to a higher level after obtaining the required number of caught fish of a given species.
In the Fish Ranking, which is available on your phone, you can check who has caught the biggest fish from each fishery.
Fish that you haven’t discovered yet are not available in your rankings.
You can check who is the best angler in the current season.
The bigger the fish, the more points.
You can earn a unique badge for first place in the ranking.
I didn’t get my order!

How to avoid accidental purchases in the game?

My game crashes!
1. Firstly, please make sure that your phone meets the game system requirements.
2. The device may be overloaded if too many applications are running. Close all launched apps, restart your device, and relaunch the game.
3. Make sure you use the latest version of the game.

If these steps didn’t help, open another app to check your connection. If the problem persists, it is most likely related to your internet connection rather than the game. In this case, we recommend contacting your internet provider.
