I didn’t get my order!

Orders usually deliver instantly but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same item again – it should arrive soon! If you still haven’t received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact iTunes support. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple. You can reach them right here (https://support.apple.com/contact).

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Please note: We cannot cancel a free trial on your behalf, so you will need to cancel via iTunes directly.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Touch the home screen on your mobile device, then tap Settings.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  4. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  5. Tap Subscriptions.
  6. Select “Let’s Create! Pottery 2”.
  7. Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page.
  8. Select Confirm.

Your account is canceled when you can no longer see the Cancel Subscription option on the “Let’s Create! Pottery 2” subscription page. Your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.

NOTE: Uninstalling the “Let’s Create! Pottery 2” will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription using the steps above to end your subscription. If you uninstall our game without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.

Changing subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4. If different types of subscriptions are available, a list appears. Tap the option that you want.
  5. Tap Purchase.
  6. If you chose a subscription that you can share with your family, scroll down and turn on Share with Family. (Don’t see Share with Family? Set up Family Sharing or join a family, then return to this page and turn on Share with Family.) If you don’t want to share the subscription with your family, turn off Share with Family.

I was charged for a subscription by Apple iTunes and want a refund

Sadly, here at Infinite Dreams, we don’t have access to Apple’s App Store’s subscription or billing details to cancel or refund these purchases. We do apologize.

If you were charged for Pottery Premium by Apple iTunes after purchasing a subscription within the Let’s Create! Pottery 2 app on an iPhone or iPad and would like a refund, you must contact Apple directly, as they do not provide us with the ability to process refunds. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account.

You can contact Apple Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/. When you get to this page, click “Billing & Subscriptions” followed by “Subscriptions & Purchases.” Once here, you’ll be given a variety of avenues through which you can contact Apple.

We also recommend that you cancel your subscription to prevent being charged again next cycle. To do so, you’ll just need to turn off auto-renew within your phone’s iTunes account settings. Calm is not able to manage this for you on our end, but the steps are easy and you can do it at any time. Please see this support article for details: http://support.apple.com/kb/ht4098

I accidentally purchased an annual subscription. How do I get a refund?

We apologize for the inconvenience with the accidental purchase. Please review our policies and steps to request your refund below.

We currently offer a 7-Day Free Trial on the initial purchase of our Monthly and Weekly plan. Your free trial will automatically become a paid a subscription on the 8th day after you begin your trial. To avoid being charged after your free trial ends, you need to cancel your free trial before it ends.

We also offer a 14-Day Free Trial the initial purchase for our Yearly membership plan. Your free trial will automatically become a paid a subscription on the 15th day after you begin your trial. To avoid being charged after your free trial ends, you need to cancel your free trial before it ends.

Sadly, here at Infinite Dreams, we don’t have access to Apple’s App Store’s subscription or billing details to cancel or refund these purchases. We do apologize. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account.

How to securely store my game progress?

If the iCloud account is properly configured in your device, then the game progress is automatically stored in the iCloud servers and can be restored at any time.

How to restore or sync my game progress?

Have you reinstalled the game? Changed your device? Are you playing on two devices? You may need to restore or sync your game progress. Remember, uninstalling the game, just like restarting progress, will cause loss COINS.

The game progress is stored after you log INTO THE SAME iCloud account. When you reinstall the game and login INTO THE SAME iCloud account, actual progress should appear automatically.

How to find my Player ID

Go to “My Profile”, tap on the icon in the right-upper corner. You will find your Player ID in the down-right corner. For example: #2a-bcd3-45ef.

How to find my friend in the game?

To find your friend, go to “My Profile”, tap on “Following,” and then go to “Find Friend”. You would need Player ID of user, who you want to find.

How to change my name?

To change your name in the game, go to the “My Profile” section and tap on the icon in the right corner. In options, choose “Change name” and type your unique nickname. Remember, you can do it only once. 

How to change my profile picture in the game?

Your avatar is downloaded from Google or Facebook account. You need to change it on the account where you are logged, and then it should refresh and appear in the game.

Go to the “My profile” section, tap on the icon in the upper right corner and go to “Settings”. Tap on the “Log in” option, and then log into the Facebook account. After this step, a profile picture from Facebook should appear in your account.

How to get the VIP subscription?

VIP subscription is available in the game options.

Go to the “My profile” section and tap on the icon in the upper-right corner. Then choose “Subscribe.” There you will find weekly, monthly, and yearly options.

The VIP account gives you access to the rarest and exclusive patterns, extras, clays, and entirely new content reserved only for VIP players. By choosing a subscription, you can access a new showroom, store your artwork without limitation, even 1000 pots, and don’t need to watch advertisements. Further updates will show you a spectrum of features prepared only for VIP users.

What’s the difference between the VIP and educational versions of the game?

The VIP account gives you access to the rarest and exclusive patterns, extras, clays, and new content reserved only for VIP players. You can access a new showroom and store your artwork without limitation, even 1000 pots, by choosing a subscription. Like in the educational version, you don’t need to watch advertisements, but you have full access to all features, patterns, colors, and addons.

The new module of Let’s Create! Pottery 2 is prepared as an educational project. The one-time fee gives you access to complete lists of basic patterns and colors and unlimited possibilities for creating ceramics. The version is devoid of community elements, and it allows you to start the creation process without displaying ads.


How to check the progress of my task?

If you need information about the progress of your XP tasks, tap on the XP bar near the profile picture. There you will find a complete list of your tasks with actual progress. If you have trouble passing one of them, you can focus on others available on the list.

How to play?

Modelling and burning pots

To create a pot, you need to form it from clay. You can choose a type of clay if you have more than one in your inventory. When your pot is ready, tap on the OK-tick button in the upper right corner to start the process of burning.

Decorating pots

To create an amazing pot, you need to decorate it. In the menu at the bottom of the screen, you have a variety of colors, patterns, and extras to choose from. If you’re looking for something more, please visit the in-game shop. To decorate the pot, tap on the decoration icon in the menu, then tap on the pot to place the decoration.

In case something went wrong, you can always use the eraser tool or undo a few last actions. When your pot is ready, tap on the OK-tick button in the upper right corner.

Taking a photo, selling & publishing

To take a photo of your pot, select the background (if you have more than one in your inventory) and rotate the pot left-right to get the best angle. When you are done, tap on the OK-tick button and take a photo! Next, you’ll have the opportunity to sell your pot immediately or make it public for other people to admire your work.

Quests & Challenges

To seek inspiration and improve your skills, we advise you to solve quests. Quests are an excellent opportunity to earn coins and gain XP points necessary for unlocking new content. Once a week, a challenge is held in the game. When it’s on, you’ll notice it on the main screen. Challenges are theme-based competitions with a limited set of decorations to design the pot and compare it with other artists! Please note that challenges are available for players with level 3 or higher.

Why can’t I finish QUEST

To pass QUEST, you should receive a minimum of 4 stars for all the pot’s parameters, such as height, width, color, and type of brushes. Only then will appear OK-tick button in the upper right corner to start the process of burning. Try to refine those elements, and for sure, you will finish this task as you wish.

Ingame currency

You can earn coins by selling pots or completing quests. Coins can be used to buy a wide variety of clays, colors, patterns, extras, and backgrounds in the shop – all to create even more amazing ceramics.

Achievements and player level

You are awarded XP points for making and selling pots, completing quests, and getting likes from other players. The new content in the game is unlocked based on the number of XP points. To find out how many of them you need to unlock another level, tap on your name in the “Home” menu, or in “My Profile”.

Community

A community portal is a great place to publish your art and see creations from other artists. It’s a fantastic way to seek inspiration, make friends, and compare your skills!

My profile & Showroom

Your current creations are shown on the “My Profile” screen. You can also see who follows you and the artists you are following. “Showroom” is a unique space where you can showcase your best creations. Other artists can visit your showroom to admire your work.

For the Showroom, we can only use the saved works that are located in the “Your Pots” tab. To display your pot in the Showroom, simply tap on the Showroom banner, then click on the plus icon and select the piece you wish to showcase.

Price of the pot

There are no standard rules to increase the price of your artwork. Every time it’s estimated by the advanced calculation process made by our AI system, which determines the final result by taking into account many variables. Often, even very similar works will differ in price.

How to create the collections?

Collections it’s a new way to expose your best creations!  How to use it? It’s easy. Tap on the banner #CollectionWeek. You can find it in the “Home” tab, above Daily quests banner. Choose your most amazing, unique set of artworks, and show it to the community. You can submit only two sets during the week, so be sure that your choice will amaze your friends. Remember, every event it’s time-limited.

Important:

The collection feature is not simply a contest. It’s a way to present your best artwork. That’s the main purpose. Every collection is marked by a collection hashtag, which is presented in the lists with other players.

 

How to download or publish pictures of my pot in social media?

To publish your artworks on social media, go to the “Your Pots” tab, choose an interesting pot, tap on the picture, and choose the icon in the left-upper corner.

How can I create the AR pot and expose it in reality?

To create the AR model of your favorite pot, go to the My Profile and Your Pots tab, choose the needed artwork, and tap on its picture.

Then find the AR icon in the left upper corner. Choose the best surface and slowly move the device.

If you see the white circle, it means that your project is ready. Tap on the icon at the bottom of the screen and enjoy the results!

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel a subscription

 

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Play Store.
  2. Check if you’re signed in to the correct Google Account.
  3. Tap Menu. Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to cancel.
  5. Tap Cancel subscription.
  6. Follow the instructions

How to change the subscription plan or payment method?

If you want to change your subscription plan, go to game options, choose Subscription, and tap on the “manage subscription” on the bottom of the banner. Then tap on the “cancel” option in Google Play and choose a new game plan. The new subscription will start at the end of the previous subscription plan.

To change or update the payment method used:

  1. Open the Google Play app.
  2. At the top right, tap the profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Subscriptions.
  4. Select the subscription you want to update.
  5. Tap Manage and then Update.
  6. Follow the instructions to update your payment method.

If your payment method is declined or has insufficient funds, your subscription may be canceled. Add a backup payment method or set up your subscription again.

I was charged for a subscription by Google Play and want a refund

You can get an app or game refund from the Google Play Store easily if you ask for it within 2 hours of purchase. Find the app or game you want to return and tap Refund. Tap Yes, the app will be uninstalled, and your money will be refunded.

I accidentally purchased an annual subscription. How do I get a refund?

Follow the instructions below if:
  1. On your computer, go to play.google.com/store/account.
  2. Click Order History.
  3. Find the order you want to return.
  4. Select Request a refund or Report a problem and choose the option that describes your situation.
  5. Complete the form and note that you’d like a refund.

To do this, go to the “My Profile” section, tap on the icon in the right upper corner, and choose “Settings”. Click on the “Log in” option and log in to the same account as previous.
