I didn’t get my order!

Orders usually deliver instantly but may take longer. When such delays occur, it means the purchase is still being processed. There is no need to try purchasing the same item again – it should arrive soon! If you still haven’t received a purchase made more than 24 hours ago, please contact iTunes support. All payments made toward the game are processed by Apple. You can reach them right here (https://support.apple.com/contact).

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Please note: We cannot cancel a free trial on your behalf, so you will need to cancel via iTunes directly.

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Touch the home screen on your mobile device, then tap Settings.
  2. Tap your name.
  3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
  4. Tap your Apple ID, then tap View Apple ID. You might need to sign in or use Touch ID.
  5. Tap Subscriptions.
  6. Select “Let’s Create! Pottery 2”.
  7. Select Cancel Subscription from the bottom of the page.
  8. Select Confirm.

Your account is canceled when you can no longer see the Cancel Subscription option on the “Let’s Create! Pottery 2” subscription page. Your subscription will stop at the end of your current billing cycle.

NOTE: Uninstalling the “Let’s Create! Pottery 2” will not automatically stop your subscription. You must cancel your subscription using the steps above to end your subscription. If you uninstall our game without canceling your subscription, you will still be charged.

Changing subscription:

  1. Open the Settings app.
  2. Tap your name, then tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap the name of the subscription that you want to change.
  4. If different types of subscriptions are available, a list appears. Tap the option that you want.
  5. Tap Purchase.
  6. If you chose a subscription that you can share with your family, scroll down and turn on Share with Family. (Don’t see Share with Family? Set up Family Sharing or join a family, then return to this page and turn on Share with Family.) If you don’t want to share the subscription with your family, turn off Share with Family.

I was charged for a subscription by Apple iTunes and want a refund

Sadly, here at Infinite Dreams, we don’t have access to Apple’s App Store’s subscription or billing details to cancel or refund these purchases. We do apologize.

If you were charged for Pottery Premium by Apple iTunes after purchasing a subscription within the Let’s Create! Pottery 2 app on an iPhone or iPad and would like a refund, you must contact Apple directly, as they do not provide us with the ability to process refunds. Only Apple can process refunds for purchases made through an Apple iTunes account.

You can contact Apple Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/. When you get to this page, click “Billing & Subscriptions” followed by “Subscriptions & Purchases.” Once here, you’ll be given a variety of avenues through which you can contact Apple.

We also recommend that you cancel your subscription to prevent being charged again next cycle. To do so, you’ll just need to turn off auto-renew within your phone’s iTunes account settings. I accidentally purchased an annual subscription. How do I get a refund?

We apologize for the inconvenience with the accidental purchase. Please review our policies and steps to request your refund below.

We currently offer a 7-Day Free Trial on the initial purchase of our Monthly and Weekly plan. Your free trial will automatically become a paid a subscription on the 8th day after you begin your trial. To avoid being charged after your free trial ends, you need to cancel your free trial before it ends.

We also offer a 14-Day Free Trial the initial purchase for our Yearly membership plan. Your free trial will automatically become a paid a subscription on the 15th day after you begin your trial. To avoid being charged after your free trial ends, you need to cancel your free trial before it ends.
